Located within the Hôtel des Lacs, our restaurant L’Envolée is a standalone establishment boasting a unique setting by the lake in Viry-Châtillon.

In the fully refurbished main dining room, you can enjoy high-quality cuisine prepared primarily with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Our menu showcases French and Portuguese flavors, featuring dishes carefully crafted to reflect the changing seasons.

A second dining room, also overlooking the lake, is available to host family meals, banquets, seminars, and private events, including weddings.

In fine weather, you can enjoy our waterfront terrace and watch water skiers practicing their slalom runs on the lake, right in front of the restaurant.
